Season is right around the corner!
Coach Williams will be taking the young tarheels on a
trip to the Bahamas to play a couple of club teams over the Labor Day weekend. Under NCAA rules, teams are allowed 1 international trip every 4 years and can practice 10 times before the trip. Obviously this is a great opportunity to get some extra time in for his players, many of which have never played together.
Even though it is going to be a very tough season with many ups and downs, I can't wait for it to get started!

gave the edge to the 2005 heels over the 1977 team that made the final four but lost in the championship game. That's probably fair and I think the '05 heels were better than the '93 national championship team too, but it is debatable whether they could have beaten the Worthy and Jordan led '82 team or the '97 team consisting of Antwan Jamison, Vince Carter, Brendan Haywood, and Ed Cota which made the final four. That team was phenomenal!
